Mark Amrein Lindamood, age 33 of Manassas,VA passed away suddenly on July 1, 2013. Mark was born on September 25, 1979 in Washington, DC. Mark was a loving and devoted husband, father, son and brother. He also was a devoted Christian and an active member of his church, Bethlehem Lutheran Church. Mark was an Engineer in Telecom Communications at Ratner Companies in Vienna, VA. He was a talented musician, singer, songwriter and recording engineer/producer. His music and lyrics will always linger in the hearts of all those that were blessed to witness his talents. He was an avid sports fan with a deep passion for all Washington teams. He was a coach for his stepson, Nicholas's football team, the Manassas Sharks. Mark had a contagious laugh and a smile that lit up the room. He was known by many and loved by all. This world is at a loss without his presence.

Mark was preceded in death by his father, William Amrein Lindamood and is survived by his loving wife Bridget; his daughter Emily; his stepson Nicholas Grasso; his mother Linda Lindamood; his sister and brother in law Amy and Carlton Foster; his brother Bryan and his sister Rachel plus his three dogs Theo-monster, Sadie-kins and Toby.

The family will receive friends on Friday, July 5, 2013 from 2-4 and 6-8 PM at Pierce Funeral Home, 9609 Center Street, Manassas, VA. For the viewing, Washington sports team attire is encouraged. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM Saturday, July 6 at Bethlehem Lutheran Church, 9748 Copeland Drive, Manassas, VA 20109. Public graveside service to follow at 12:30 PM at Stonewall Memory Gardens. In lieu of flowers, financial gifts can be given to 1) the "Mark Lindamood Fund" (designated for ministry at Bethlehem) or 2) the "Lindamood Children Fund" (designated for a trust to be set up for Emily and Nicholas). Checks are to be written out to "Bethlehem Lutheran Church" and earmarked appropriately for the desired Fund.
